CPUC Compliance
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) inspects all manufactured housing communities in California once every five years to make sure all operators of gas distribution systems comply with federal and state safety requirements. Pacific States works closely with all owners of manufactured housing communities to resolve any violations from this inspection.
